NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Build Your World Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on December 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER ONLINE: During the Entry Period, visit https://pj.sunstonewelders.com/pages/build-your-world-2026 and complete the entry form with your first name, a valid email address, and your answer to the question “Which best describes you?” to receive one (1) entry (an “Online Entry”). Limit one (1) Online Entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Subscribing to marketing emails or text messages from Sponsor is optional and is not required to enter or win.

BONUS ENTRIES: After submitting an Online Entry, an entrant may earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) by completing any of the optional actions below during the Entry Period. Each action is free. No purchase is required to earn Bonus Entries, and purchases do not earn entries. Bonus Entries are credited to the entrant associated with the email address used for the Online Entry; actions that cannot be matched to an Online Entry as described below will not earn Bonus Entries.

(a) Refer a Friend. After entering, you will receive a unique referral link by email. For each person who (i) clicks your referral link, (ii) is eligible, (iii) has not previously entered, and (iv) submits a valid Online Entry during the Entry Period, you will receive five (5) Bonus Entries, up to a maximum of ten (10) referrals (fifty (50) Bonus Entries). Referred persons do not receive additional entries for being referred. Self-referrals, referrals of persons not eligible to enter, and referrals using fictitious or duplicate identities are void.

(b) Text Message Opt-In. Opt in to receive recurring marketing text messages from Sponsor by checking the text message box on the entry form and providing your mobile number, then confirm your subscription by replying “Y” to the confirmation text message before the end of the Entry Period: ten (10) Bonus Entries. Limit one (1) time per entrant. Entrants who were already subscribed to Sponsor’s text messages before the Entry Period may receive these Bonus Entries by checking the “already subscribed” box on the entry form; Sponsor will verify the active subscription. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. (c) Facebook and Instagram Comments. Comment on a post on Sponsor’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/sunstoneweld), or Sponsor’s official Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/sunstonepj), that Sponsor has identified in the post as eligible for Sweepstakes Bonus Entries (an “Eligible Post”): two (2) Bonus Entries per Eligible Post, limit one (1) comment counted per Eligible Post. To receive these Bonus Entries, your Facebook profile name or Instagram username must match the Facebook name or Instagram username you provide on the Online Entry form; comments that Sponsor cannot reasonably match to an Online Entry will not earn Bonus Entries. Tagging other people, liking, or sharing does not earn entries. Comments must be your own and must not be offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor; Sponsor may remove such comments and void related entries.

MAIL-IN ENTRY (ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY): To enter without using the internet, print your name, email address (if any), complete street address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by December 15, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Each mail-in entry receives one (1) entry, and the mail-in entrant may also earn Bonus Entries as described above using the email address provided. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ENTRY RECORDS AND VERIFICATION: Each entrant’s total entries equal one (1) entry plus any Bonus Entries earned. Sponsor’s records of entries and Bonus Entries are final. Sponsor may verify any entry or Bonus Entry before the drawing. Entries made using multiple email addresses or identities, or by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and any entries or Bonus Entries obtained through fraud or tampering, are void, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry, except for employees of Sunstone Engineering, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its authorized dealers, Sponsor’s affiliate marketing partners, influencers or brand ambassadors who received payment or free product from Sponsor between January 1, 2026 and the end of the Entry Period, the parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies of each (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members and household members of each. Void where prohibited.

DRAWING: On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, in which each entry has an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including Bonus Entries. Sponsor will keep a record of how the drawing was conducted.

The potential winner will be notified by phone and email and must sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, and a completed IRS Form W-9, within two (2) days of the date notice is sent. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the prize’s ARV.

By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sponsor cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to the Sweepstakes.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://permanentjewelry.sunstonewelders.com/pages/privacy-policy.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: one (1) Dream Permanent Jewelry Starter Kit, choice of one (1) Sunstone Halo OR one (1) Sunstone Shades, and six (6) months of access to Sunstone Studio.

The Dream Permanent Jewelry Starter Kit includes:

  • One (1) Zapp Plus® 2 Permanent Jewelry Welder™ (black);

  • One (1) 72-inch Orion® welding stylus;

  • One-on-one permanent jewelry mentoring;

  • Access to Sunstone Permanent Jewelry University (40 video lessons);

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,812.00 USD. Total prize value: $4,812.00.

Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, fails to respond, or declines the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

DELIVERY: The prize will be shipped to the winner at a street address in the 50 United States or D.C. (no P.O. Boxes). Sponsor’s target is delivery before December 25, 2026, but delivery by any particular date is not guaranteed and depends in part on how quickly the potential winner completes the required verification documents. Mentoring sessions and Sunstone Studio access will be scheduled or activated after delivery and must be scheduled or activated by June 30, 2027.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Utah, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Utah County, Utah, or the federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
