Questions
Giveaway FAQ
Do I have to buy anything?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying something won’t improve your chances.
Who can enter?
Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Employees of Sunstone and its dealers, and their households, aren’t eligible. Full details are in the official rules.
How many times can I enter?
One entry per person and per email address; bonus entries are added to your total. You can add bonus entries by opting in to texts, referring friends, and commenting on marked Facebook and Instagram posts.
How is the winner chosen?
One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries on December 16, 2026. We’ll contact the winner by email and phone, and they’ll have 48 hours to respond and confirm eligibility.
Will the prize arrive before Christmas?
That’s our target. Delivery before December 25 depends on how quickly the winner responds and completes the required forms, and on carrier schedules, so it isn’t guaranteed.
I already own a Sunstone welder. Can I enter?
Yes. A Zapp Plus 2 makes a great second station or upgrade.
Will I get marketing emails if I enter?
Only if you check the box to receive them. Email and text consent are separate from entering, and you can opt out anytime.
Are there taxes on the prize?
The winner is responsible for any taxes and will receive a Form 1099 for the prize’s approximate retail value of $4,812.
