Los productos del Vendedor pueden devolverse al Vendedor para obtener crédito dentro de los treinta (30) días posteriores al envío, sujeto a las siguientes condiciones.

Sunstone ofrece una política de devolución de 30 días en todos los productos. Antes de devolver un producto, comuníquese con Sunstone para recibir un número RMA. El número RMA debe aparecer claramente en el exterior del paquete. Los clientes reciben su reembolso mediante cheque. Tenga en cuenta que se aplicará una tarifa de reposición del 10% a todas las devoluciones. Además, todos los productos de terceros deben estar asegurados cuando se devuelvan a Sunstone a cargo del comprador. En algunos casos, se puede aplicar una tarifa comercial. Al equipo dañado por un uso inadecuado o precauciones de envío insuficientes se le cobrarán tarifas adicionales.

*Los Mini Tanques de Argón no son retornables. Los tanques de argón de tamaño estándar tienen una tarifa de reposición de $85, el tanque debe vaciarse y dejarse abierto con la tapa protectora colocada. Todas las pegatinas de materiales peligrosos y gas comprimido deben retirarse del embalaje, ya que el cilindro vacío no es peligroso y no contiene gas comprimido.
